By accessing or using ContractorCtrl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ContractorCtrl is a contractor compliance management platform for HSE managers, engineering departments and facilities teams. It allows businesses to manage contractor records, permits to work, compliance documents and work orders via a web browser at contractorctrl.com.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• ContractorCtrl is offered on a subscription basis at £49.99/month or £490/year
• A 14-day free trial is available on all new subscriptions
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds are issued for partial periods

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use ContractorCtrl
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into ContractorCtrl. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission

7. Availability

We aim to keep ContractorCtrl available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

ContractorCtrl is provided as a tool to assist with contractor compliance management. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the service, including any compliance failures. You remain responsible for ensuring your own legal and regulatory compliance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
