• Contractor data: names, emails, phone numbers, trade, induction dates
• Compliance documents uploaded by users
• Payment data (handled by Stripe — we never store card details)
• Usage data: login activity and actions taken within the app

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the ContractorCtrl service
• To send transactional emails via Resend (account confirmation, alerts, invites)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To authenticate users via Supabase and Google OAuth

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the following service providers:

• Stripe (payments)
• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Google (OAuth login)
• Vercel (hosting)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.
